一、歐盟為符合資訊科技協定（ITA），已於本年度2月21日以第155號指令（Regulation 155/2012 ）公告修定理事會（EEC）第2658/87號有關共同關稅稅則號列85287115及85287191機上盒相關產品的稅則號列內容。
二、相關規定已於本年度3月11日正式對歐盟會員國生效，詳細內容請參閱附檔。
